Smart Door provides AI-powered smart nameplates and a visitor management platform that masks your phone number from visitors, logs visitors via QR code scan, and routes calls to you or designated family members.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law to use the Service.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Shipping terms are governed by our Shipping Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
All content, branding, software, and design on the Service are owned by Smart Door or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Service without written permission.
The Service integrates with third-party providers (Razorpay, Exotel, Twilio, Supabase, Resend, Groq). We are not responsible for outages or failures originating from these third parties, though we will make reasonable efforts to maintain fallback routing and notify affected users.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Door shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed calls, delayed visitor notifications, or communication provider outages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is". While we take security seriously, Smart Door is a visitor-notification and call-masking aid, not a substitute for locks, alarms, or other physical home security measures.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
